Panthers Present… How To Make Friendship Bracelets!

Panthers Present…

… How To Make Friendship Bracelets Featuring Devin!

Blogger Club enters our Friendship Bracelet Era!

Our Blogger Club member, Devin, brought in her Friendship Bracelet making kits and taught us how to make our own Friendship Bracelets! We started out by measuring out our string for our bracelets, picked our beads for our color schemes and got to designing! Even after a couple bead spills, we loved the end products! We made a variety of key chains and bracelets, and really tapped into our creative designing skills! Thank you to Devin for the tutorial and for sharing your supplies!

Spring Into Your Break!

Whether you are setting off on a tropical (like Ms. Austin) or European vacation (like Blogger Max), or going the Staycation route (like Mrs. Mac), Edison Bloggers have you covered!

Check out some of our top Spring Break 2023 suggestions both vacations and staycations.

————————————————————————————————

Blogger Leo came up with some fun, local ideas:

Field Museum- The field museum is right next to the Chicago Shedd Aquarium. The Chicago Field Museum is a destination with amazing history and is one of the best museums in America that’s increasing Chicago’s access to cultural and educational facilities. It also still honors Marshall Field, who donated $1 million to make the collective dream of a permanent.

Shedd Aquarium– One of the best places to go with your family or if you just want to explore alone is the Shedd Aquarium. The Shedd Aquarium Past visitors say a stop to Shedd Aquarium is a must, especially if you’re traveling with kids. It offers lots of water animals that you obviously don’t see anywhere else in the world.

Maggie Daley Park- This is another one of the best places for kids in Chicago. It has a wide variety of a children’s playgrounds, a climbing wall, mini golf, picnic groves, a skating ribbon, tennis courts and a formal garden. The best part of Maggie Daley Park is that it is 100% free.

360 CHICAGO- The 360 CHICAGO has 2 spots, the 875 North Michigan Avenue and the Willis Tower. The Willis Tower spot has a glass hanging platform that is 2 meters long hanging on the top of the tower looking over the whole city of Chicago. The 875 North Michigan Avenue one offers a wide variety of slanting glass while you can hang over Chicago looking at Lake Michigan. Both of these attractions are completely free and anyone of any height and age can come.

Navy Pier- The Navy Pier is where you go in Chicago for events, free public programs, attractions, culture, dining, shopping and more. The coolest thing about the Navy Pier is the giant ferris wheel that lights up glowing at night. You can also get your picture taken with your family or group that you’re with. Inside the Ferris Wheel are comfortable seats to sit while you see all of Chicago and Lake Michigan. There are also other attractions to see on Navy Pier. This place has many authentic and amazing restaurants and shopping destinations and with some fast food restaurants in the pier. The sad part is that this is not free but it will be worth it.
